Erreur: certaines photos non-valides

Bonjour,

Hey, @tfmb. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for sharing the details and the research.

If you're sure some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Edit > Preferences >Account >, press the ALT key, and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message. If you have backups for all images, clear the Deleted section in Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Web as a test.

Awaiting to hear from you.

@Sameer K

I did clear the Deleted section in both LR and Lr Web with no changes to the error status.

I did the diagnostic file but I don't understand how to share it with you.

This is an html file and I'm not allawed to attach it to this message (I even tried to change the extension witout success).

When I try to message you directly, the web interface does not allow me to attach any file to the message. I tried to copy/paste the content of the html file directly in the text of the message but it exceeds the authorized number of characters.

I can't share a link to the file with you as I don't have your proper email address.

Sorry I don't get it.

Best regards,

Hi  @Sameer K ,

Here is the link to my diagnostic file (valid until the 11th/01):

I still have the same error message.

Thanks for your support,
