Error initializing Lightroom Unexpected system exception

When I try to open Lightroom, I receive an error that states, 

"Error initializing Lightroom

Unexpected system exception"

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work.

it was working properly and all of a sudden it stopped running. I have windows 10

I downgraded to a previous version and that has worked for me as a
temporary solution.

same problem.  I *just* (0920 Eastern 10/2/2023) took an update to v6.5.  Using Windows 10 pro, 22H2 build 19045.3516
