Error message; <agerrorid>dng_error_file_not_found</agerrorid> HELP!! idk why i cant

I keep getting this error message: <agerrorid>dng_error_file_not_found</agerrorid>

Everytime I open Lightroom it pops up.  I have tried uninastalling and reinstalling app and nothing works. 

HELP!! idk why i also cant add my presets

Sorry that you're getting an error message that says "AgNegativeStyleManager_New exception thrown: <agerrorid> dng_error_file_not_found </EgErrorId>" 

This is a known issue with Lightroom Classic and our engineering team is working towards a fix.
