Error Message "Trial has Expired"

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I received an error message (see attached) on Lightroom saying my trial has expired. I haven't even chosen to start trial yet.🤔 Also says that I have to be a member of the Creative Cloud. I have a free CC membership. Do I have to upgrade?

No such thing as a "free CC membership" that allows the use of Lightroom apps with Cloud.

There is a 'Free' limited mobile version of lightroom for phones & iPads, but it does not Sync to the Cloud.

You will need to buy the 'Premium' extension for the mobile App to use Cloud services, or Subscribe to the 'Lightroom Plan 1TB' from Adobe to have Lightroom on all devices and use Cloud sync..

Please give more information on the Version number of Lightroom you are using.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.2 Photoshop 26.3, ACR 17.2, Lightroom 8.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.2, .

I am using Lightroom Android v8.42

I didn't realize that I have two Creative Clouds. I didn't know that Adobe Express is a Creative Cloud also.
