Error to image when exporting

I'm new to Lightroom and still finding my way around. Yesterday a photo I was exporting changed for the first time, on selecting the option to export. Everything had worked fine up to now - it seems to do this only with this one image, and I cannot figure out why. I'm attaching a copy of the original photo, a screenshot of the edits I've made in Lightroom, and then the altered image that appears, in Lightroom, after I've selected to export it.

Any thoughts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
