I use the app and today it says to me that if a want to edit my fotos I have to be Member of creative cloud or pay for lightroom Premium!!! Why??? 

I already paid to adjust Filters!

I see you have the Lightroom Plan with 1 TB subscribed via www.adobe.com, and also you have a Lightroom Mobile for Android subscription.  The mobile subscription is redundant as the Lightroom Plan with 1 TB already provides access to mobile as well as desktop app premium features.  You could cancel the mobile subscription and not lost any functionality.  Just be sure you are signed into Lightroom Android with the same account used for your desktop.
