Can you give some more details so a member of the community can help you, including an explanation of what is not loading, your Device name and version of Lightroom?
When does this loading issue happen? Are you unable to open the app at all, or does it occur after working on some images for a while? If you haven't already, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
