I have uploaded few hundred RAW's file to lightroom creative cloud in diffrent album, and i done all the edits on cloud. Now i want to download it as lcoal backup (original RAW +setting XMP) but i'm facing lots of problem.
First Problem:
I selected all the photos I want to export, after it downloaded to PC, most of the image is messed up, its image from other album on cloud. Even in the app the thumbnail of the image is the correct one but once click inside, the is the wrong image.
How I solve it
- clear the cache in app and restart lr (redownload from server)
- manually delete cache in appdata folder
Second problem:
After all the correct images was downloaded (raw+xmp). I opened them in photoshop camera raw and check each image manually. Then I found that some image is still raw, the setting is not working (or the xmp file is empty?) eventough xmp file was downloaded.
How I solved it
- clear the cache in app and restart lr (redownload from server)

- download the image (with option RAW+XMP) one by one. Instead of select all and download
What problem and trouble it caused?
- Wasted a lot of time many hours to check each photos one by one, have to open in ps camera raw and check is all the settings okay (lots of it is not ok)
- Risks of losing files. original raw or setting xmp
Is there anyone facing the same problem? or is just problem with my side?
