Export Lightroom and Keep Folder and Album structure?

Is there a way to batch export my file while keeping the folder/album structure of lightroom so i can have the files organized on a drive?

Not automatically. You'd have to export an album at a time, into a disk folder with the same name as the album that you're exporting from.
