Export menu not showing

I have been stuck trying to export my edited NEFs as JPEGs. Clicking export, using the save button or the keyboard shortcut does not make anything happen; the dialog just never appears.

Is anybody having the same issue?

PS: I have already resetted the presets by pressing Alt+Opt and validating the dialog box. No dice though.
