Export Not Working

Hi, 

I am having some trouble exporting my photos out of Lightroom, it says export 1 out of 1 (if I am trying to export 1 photo), but the bar does not download. The download bar doesn't move no matter how many phtoos I try to export. Additionaly, I have also noticed syncing errors between Lightroom  and Lightroom Classic (the same photos I am trying to export). 

I recently deleted the apps and reinstalled them and nothing has fixed my problem. 

Does anyone have any recommendations?
