Export option not working

I spent almost 3 hours to edit a photo and when i press export option the application simply went back to home page and not showing my pic at all..

Welcome to the community! Thanks for reaching out. We do understand the frustration.

What type of file are you working with? Were you using Lightroom on your Mobile device? Did you see any error message? 

Please check all the folders for any recent export. Also, you can check the version history to see if you can find your last edited version there.

Hi,

I un installed application and installed it again. No error message was
shown. No system folders had the worked file, i was working with jpeg file.
The same file i worked again after uninstall and reinstall it is working
now. I am using it in android mobile device (MI 12 Pro).

It works now but as a subscriber of the application, I am bit
disappointed.. I always use to praice and suggest light room to my
friends. But today it costs my 3 hrs for nothing. There was some kind of
glitch with application. Now it works.

The same issue happened again!

This time I found what the bug is: if you select an image directly from the gallery and start working on it, it will not save. If you are using multiple masks and basically lots of editing tools inside the app,then the image will not save. Once you press the export button, the image is gone. There is no trace of the edited image at all.

Not worth the money. Thousands of applications have better editing options at a lower subscription price than this.

Yet I chose this app just because it is from Adobe, and these kinds of errors are simply bringing shame to Adobe's name.

Saving is the very basic functionality of an app that is not properly tested and charges more than Rs 4000 per year.

Please correct these issues.
