Exportar para drive

Estou tentando exportar fotos para o drive, mas sempre aparece um erro quando tento abrir no drive, aparece "arquivo incompatível " podem me ajudar?

Which version of Lightroom are you using? How are you trying to export?

Which file format are you using?

Please move the original file somewhere else, and let us know if that helps.
