Exportiert Maske nicht

Hallo,

wenn ich auf dem iPad oder iPhone ein Bild bearbeite übernimmt es Lightroom auf meinem Mac nicht, in der Bildvorschau und auch wenn ich auf das Bild gehe ist es dort richtig zu sehen, gehe ich jedoch zum Export wird die Änderung, Maske o.Ä nicht mehr angezeigt und das Bild dann ohne die Bearbeitung exportiert... Dieses Problem besteht erst seit dem neusten Update.

it sounds as if you are having problems syncing. 

It would be great if you could send us a diagnostic log:
1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Help & Support
3. Do a long tap on Access our Support forum

Ich hab exakt das gleiche Problem.

Hab mit Masken den Hintergrund aufgehellt, manchmal wird die Maske mit exportiert, manchmal nicht. Problem tritt bei "normalem" maskieren und KI-maskieren auf. Neu Exportieren bringt nichts. Benutze Lightroom Classic Version 11 auf Win 10,

Do I understand it correctly that you can see and edit the mask missing when you are in Classic?
Or is it just not synced/saved correctly on the iOS side?

Same issue here but with the Lightroom Cloud Version (not Classic). Working on MacOS.

I can see and edit the mask, it is visible during editing but when I switch to the export dialogue all mask components are disappearing. The exported file is without mask effects then as well. First I thought it would be related to the color management but it is not.

Workaround with selecting masks, change something and change back helps. But this can not be the way if hundreds of photos are affected.

I have the Same Problem.

In Lightrtoom i can see all masks and can edit it, but when i want to export de Mask are not includet the export vorschau and in the Export JPG de masks missing....

You can see it ihe Front Light of tge Car.

Habe eine Lösung, die aber mühsam ist.

Du musst die Masken Optio öffnen, eine von dir angelegte Maske öffnen und z.b die Helligkeit Regler erhörhen, 2sekunden warte, rückgängig machen und nun sollte der Export funktioniere. Hat jedenfalls bei mir funktioniert. Muss es aber beim gleichen Bild jedesmal nach neu öffnung von Lightroom erneut machen. Scheint wohl ein Problem von Lighroom zu sein.

Hey Nico, 

Danke für deine Hilfe, eine endgültige Lösung kann das aber nicht sein. In meinem Fall ging es um ca. 100 Fotos, da würde die Methode ja ewig dauern. Hilft wohl nur ein Patch, aber schon schade, dass bei so einer wichtigen Funktion so arg geschlampt wurde. LG Marcus

Same problem

When clicking the button "fertig", all masks disappear and only the original image can be exported. GPU is not the problem on my computer. Also all cages are deleted. I REALLY URGE THE AUTHORS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM IMMETDIATELY. WITHOUT THIS BAISC FUNCTION, LIGHTROOM IS SIMPLY USELESS!

Lightroom 12.5 auf Mac OS hat genau das gleiche Problem.... So kann man doch nicht arbeiten! @Ignacio B.
