Hi all,
I have changed locations and the only way I can update my payment info (UK now, was US) is to cancel my active Lightroom subscription and take out a new one. Pretty infuriating, but that's where we are.
I have albums and all sorts of storage set up in my Lightroom - is there any way I can export everything and retain these? I know I can get hold of the files, but I am worried about needing to re-categorize all the images.
Has anyone gone through this process before, or does anyone know a smart solution?
This is the cloud-based Lightroom product, for the avoidance of doubt.
