exporting videos in lightroom doesn't work

exporting videos in lightroom doesn't work. not the classic lightroom, but the other. didn't try classic yet. 

adobe has new video templates, installed them, simply cannot export a video.

Do all videos fail to export, or just specific ones? Is it only long videos that have this problem, or videos from a specific source? What exact steps are you using to export?
