Exports from phone come out dark

This problem use to not occur so i'm not what changed. 
when I save photos from Lightroom mobile to my phone they look so different. Always used iphone. Once saved they come out dark.  I checked online discussions and everyone said check the sRGB and it's already on that in save options. Any other ideas?

Well it's all on my phone I'm not using a laptop. I never use to have an issue and all of a sudden it changed.
