tenho a fatura anual paga ,  mas a informação da Adobe, é que não paguei. Como posso resolver esta questão?

Como se pode verificar em anexo tenho fatura do pagamento efetuado . Mas quando faço login na minha conta , aparece como se não tivesse pago. O que fazer? 

Não existe um endereço de e-mail para onde posssa expôr esta situação?
