This probably means that your data connection was interrupted or not able to reach adobe's servers. To load an image in Develop, it usually needs to be downloaded from the cloud if it is not available locally already.

Make sure you have a good data or wifi connection and that you allow lightroom to use wireless data

I deleted some things on my phone, and without knowing i think i might have deleted something that did this to my photos on lightroom, i don't know what to do to recuperate them 😞

If you browse to https://lightroom.adobe.com and log on (need to do this on a non-mobile device), do you see your images?

no 😞 i did the synchronization with the cloud and all of the photos were gone, do you think i can recuperate them?

Probably not. If they never got to the cloud servers, your only hope would be a phone backup you made yourself
