Failing to import photos to lightroom app

Sorry to hear that you cannot import images from your gallery into Lightroom mobile app.

Which version of Lightroom mobile are you using? Are you working with an Android or iOS phone? Where are you importing the images from? Internal memory or a SD card?

Sorry that you're unable to import images into Lightroom mobile app from your SD card. 

Are you able to import from the local internal storage?

Are you getting any error message? Also, which Android device are you using?

Hi There,

I am getting the same problem on a samsung androiad phone.

I can't import any photos, it just says import failed or failed to load photo 

I turned the auto enable on and off but it still wont work!

Please advise?
