Fehler bei Synchronisation bzw keine Synchronisation

Problem nach einer Neuinstallation von Lightroom für Android 

Die Synchronisation funktioniert auf meinem Pixel 7pro Handy nicht. Es wird nur die letzte bearbeitete Version geladen. Die Iterationen werden zwar zeitlich und namentlich angezeigt, jedoch nicht geladen. Stattdessen wird immer nur das Original Bild angezeigt. Am iPad und im Internet Browser funktioniert es.

Thanks for reaching out! Could you share a bit more about what’s happening? When you say “the most recently edited version is loaded,” do you mean that your previous edits disappeared after reinstalling? Just want to make sure I’m understanding you correctly — feel free to correct me if I’ve got it wrong!

If that’s the case, one thing to double-check is whether you're signed into the same account on both your iPad and your browser. Also, it might be worth checking for any sync issues in Lightroom Web. Here’s a quick guide on how to troubleshoot those just in case.

Yes, all editing steps are displayed on the iPad and in the browser. Not on the Android phone (Pixel 7 Pro). The editing steps are displayed by time and/or name, but on the Android phone, only the original image is stored for all iterations. Since the last two updates, errors have crept in, such as crashes when using the brush tool, or sometimes not all image formats, such as 16:10, can be selected.
