File synchronizing for days in Lightroom desktop 3.1

I got this problem only on my PC. iPad, phone no problem.

I do a uninstall/reinstall. Clear preferences without succes.

What should I do? And how to know witch one it is? Can't find it with filters.

Sorry that Lightroom desktop is not showing your images in the homepage and keeps syncing all the time.
