Filtering for unrated in smart albums is not working

I want to filter for 'rating' 'is' 0 and 'album' 'is' none.

In the smart album I cannot filter for unrated (when setting rating 'is' to 0 stars it simply doesn't save or apply) so I cannot use those.

In the search I cannot search for album is none.
