Find a edit done of a photo

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to determine what adjustments or preset was made by looking at a photo that's posted on instagram?

No as any photo uploaded to Instagram or othe Social Media has further settings applied by the host app.... 

If it is one of your images you could trace it to your catalog possibly, if it is someone else's image then they could have done anything using any app prior to uploading including AI ...
