Fitur premium tidak dapat digunakan

Saya baru saja membeli fitur premium. Ketika sudah selesai melakukan pembayaran, fitur tersebut tidak bisa dibuka. Hanya ada pemberitahuan "Tidak dapat menyelesaikan pembelian". Saya sudah coba mengirim email ke tim Adobe dan mencoba tips yang mereka sarankan tapi tidak ada yang berhasil. Please help me how to fix this
