I have been using a Premium account to edit my photos but then I decided to login to my Free account to search for an old photography I wanted to edit. As soon as I swapped to the Free account all photos disappeared and I used to have lots of photos and albums there. I don't know what happened as I didn't delete anything. The only thing that I can remember is that I haven't logged in there for a few months. Is that a reason for Lightroom delete everything?
At the moment it looks like a new account with no files and Cloud Storage ready to be used.
It's important to mention that these 2 accounts have different emails. So Lightroom couldn't replace the photos to the Premium account, right? In fact, if it was replaced I would still have the photos from the Free account inside the Premium one, which isn't happening.
As I said before, I used to be swapping accounts all the time, always using the app to edit photos in my phone.
I am very worried and I hope you understand that it is really scary for me to see that my Free account looks completely new.
If you want, I can give you my both emails so you can help me to solve this issue.
Thank you so much for your help!

Free accounts do not include cloud storage, and photos are only accessible on your device. You have to back them up yourself. If you signed in to a different (premium) account with the same phone, you wiped out your previous photos.
As far as I know, your only hope to recover your old photos from your free account would be to restore your phone from a backup taken before you changed accounts. Maybe someone here will have another idea. From the FAQ:

You can use all the capture, organization, and sharing features in Lightroom for mobile for free. You can also use most of the editing features for free.
