Full-size export is messing up with photos

after exporting one of the photos i took, i noteced this gray boxes appearing when i export it as full size, but when i export it as small, they are all gone, and this is happening only in this photo, it happens in both, cloud and local exportation, and at any quality and type of file.
can someone help?(tried changing every single option in the export tab, exporting from the cloud, chanching to performance mode of the GPU and even re-installing the lightroom(not classic)

i forgot to say, but while i am editting it, it seemed normal, that bug just happens when i export it

Make sure your GPU driver is fully updated. This artefact might be caused by an out of date GPU driver. Go to the website of the manufacturer of your GPU to check, not through windows update.

unfortunately this didn't work, I updated my video card drivers, and even changed some of its settings (RTX 4060TI) the changes were: studio driver to game ready driver, and then the other way around, to ensure that both had the same problems
I got the same error but in a lighter way in some other photos that I edited, but I deleted them by accident
I got around the error by editing the same photo in Lightroom Classic with the same parameters as Lightroom (export and editing, I copied every detail from the other Lightroom) but this is still an error that must be corrected, if anyone from Adobe or anyone else wants to contact me for more details about the error, feel free, i would like this error to be corrected so that it doesn't happen to anyone
