I have reviewed your profile & I found an active subscription to Lightroom from the Android store.
What tabled/pad are you trying to use the subscription on? If it is an iPad, your subscription might not work.
Subscriptions purchased from Playstore, Apple Appstore & Samsung store are managed at the respective stores.
If you've purchased the incorrect subscription for your needs, don't hesitate to contact Adobe Customer Care for correction.
