Getting all my originals in the same place

The question : How do I get all my originals in the same place?

So, as a (very) amateur photograhper, I doubt I am alone in this. I took out the Adobe Photography Plan with 1TB storage years ago.

Since then, I have principally used LR CC to import photos, as I wanted to have the originals stored in the cloud and not on local storage. However, sometimes because of the better editing capabilities in LR Classic, or because I got a folder of photos from family, I imported them in LR Classic. At that time, I hadnt realised that only smart previews are synced from LRCC to Classic and vice versa.

So, the problem is I have some originals in the cloud and some in local storage. I would like them all in the same place, ideally in the cloud. The problem I have, it is not easy to identify which are where. I looked at this thred https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/search-for-images-that-only-have-a-smar... but it wasnt particularly enlightening.

I have about 60k photos, maybe half and half in the cloud and on local storage. Any solution has to be "batch" since I cannot go though 30k "one by one".

Solution requested: What solutions exist?

I could try to store a copy of all originals from LRCC on my desktop (will probably crash my hard drive)
I could try to re-migrate my current LR Classic catalog to the cloud (will probably create many duplicates which will take space and have no batch way of deleting)

...others? Please?
