Hello all.
I have had a similar problem before but I cannot resolve this time,
I am using LR (not classic) on a windows 10 platform. When I load the software I get an Adobe error window ' Sorry, an error has occured.. and needs to close'.
It was fine for a little while, a recent update has created the issue which I have observed in the past.
How do I contact adobe to walk me through fixing this?

Can you please share your system info (Lightroom> Help> System Info)? Do you get this screen while launching the application? Have you tried reinstalling and resetting the application preferences?
