Google play not sync in LrMobile app

I need your help about this issue. The issue my LR subscription has been expired even though i already paid for the subscription. I also asked for google tech support's. We tried a few troubleshooting methods but it seems the app has a problem. They say that my google account and LR app did not synced. I will also attach screeshots for your reference.
