Gradient filter

The gradient filter is bugging out. it wont let me turn the gradient or draw a smooth line from point a to b. it just does whatever the hell it wants. whats going on?!

Are you on a laptop, phone, iPad? Have you tried quitting Lr and reopening it? Have you power cycled your device?

Please share your software version, and if possible, screen captures showing exactly what is happening.
