Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account & the subscription to Lightroom Mobile is active.
I'll help you figure this out.

Have you tried signing out of Lightroom and signing in again? Try to sign out & while signing in again; manually type in your Adobe ID (email) & skip using a social sign-in option (Google, Facebook).

 

Although subscriptions purchased from Playstore, Apple Appstore & Samsung store are managed at the respective stores. Check this article to learn more about this: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-ios.html
