Help - Can't find my old works

I just made a new  subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop license (the previous was from school). I subscribed with the same email address in order to keep my previous works, however I can't find them although I thought it would be the same account.

I need to find my old works on Lightroom, is it possible?

You will need to login with your school account in order to access your previously stored photos.   If you are able to do that, you should export or use the Lightroom Downloader to retrieve the photos along with their edits.

When you say "school account" what is it about ? because I already used the same email adress

There are 2 different accounts associated with the same email address.  When you login, you should be given the option which account to choose.
