Lightroom installed in April 2022 and getting local catalog damage for Mac, not working after trying the steps given, need help please, as I can't fix it, thus can't edit my work.

The local catalog of Lightroom isn't realy a catalog. It's just a cache, to speed things up. All your images and edits should be in  the cloud, unless you added a lot of images and then did not give Lightroom time to upload them. You can check if they are by going to https://lightroom.adobe.com If everything is indeed online, then you can delete the local cache and let Lightroom rebuild it. It's the Lightroom Library.lrlibrary in your Pictures folder.
