I used the free version, everything was perfect. I bought the full version for a year, then the program was updated and the subscription ended earlier ... All purchased presets and created by me personally for myself - were removed ... Support was disconnected three times, no one can say anything !!! In the end, they said to buy again. I bought a new subscription three times more expensive for a month. But my old presets are gone !!! But this is not the worst thing, now I cannot conceive of new ones. There is no such function anymore !!! Only standard presets and that's it

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom mobile. Looking at the screenshot you've shared, it appears you're in the Profiles panel instead of the Presets panel. With the latest version of Lightroom mobile, the location of the User Presets has changed. You can find the Presets option on the bar at the bottom when you open an image, right next to the Crop option.

If they are in your desktop Lightroom they should automatically sync to the cloud and your phone. Have you logged out fully from Lightroom and then back in?

Assuming you were using the 'Free' mobile version of Lightroom and you transitioned to a subscription, it may not be good news for you if you had not backed up the phone data..
A quote from the link below (that contains more detailed information)-
"Assets that have not been synced and are missing after uninstalling Lightroom for mobile may be recoverable via a previous backup. If no backup exists, unfortunately the photos or presets will not be recoverable."
