For some reason I go to import presents and it states that "This file has already been imported". There is no prese's shown that I added in the preset collum. Also I am new to lightroom and getting heated over this.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about the trouble with presets you see in Lightroom.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? How are you importing the presets? What type of preset files are you trying to import? Are you using a ".lrtemplate" preset file? If yes, Go to Preferences - Presets and click on the 'Show All Other Lightroom Presets' button. Open that folder, go to 'Develop presets,' and place your .lrtemplate presets in the User Presets subfolder. Restart Lightroom.

We're here to help, just needed some more information. Let us know if this helps.

Thanks.

Ranjisha
