High memory usage Lightroom

Hi, today I bought the bundle of Lightroom and Photoshop. I'm trying it right now but something makes me pretty upset. I got 32 GB of Ram and 2TB of storage, why is lightroom so slow and laggy. None of my application is open, my storage is 1.24TB free. So why do I get problem with running Lightroom ?

Post your entire Help > System Info from Photoshop (not Lightroom).

What do you mean by "high memory usage"? Post a screenshot from task manager, showing the memory usage graph.
