Histogram freezes if you move a slider too fast

There's not much more too it. The histogram freezes if you make any adjustments too quickly. It remains frozen until you stop making changes or you slow down sufficiently.

In the event that this bug is difficult to reproduce, I suspect, as I have speculated before, that this may be another bug that is related to the unusually low performance I'm experiencing on my rather powerful machine, an issue that consistently gets me radio silence from Adobe, whenever I press for more details (see this and this).
