How can I contact actual customer support about a problem with my account?

My account says I have an active 1TB plan, but Lightroom tells me I can't use the Develop module because I don't have a subscription and tries to sell me a 1TB plan. I want to contact customer support about this, but I appear to have a choice between reading canned answers, crowd-sourcing my question to fellow users here who have no ability to help me, or clicking the "real help from real people" link which SENDS ME STRAIGHT AN AI BOT. Is there any way for me to get in touch with actual customer support, or has Adobe given up on that entirely?

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

Thank you so much. Absolutely great that Adobe doesn't tell you that typing "agent" will get you away from the chatbot. They'd rather fob us off with algorithmically generated answers not guaranteed to be correct.
