Well, Adobe messed up and cut off my data January 1st. They admitted its their bad, and escalated the case to senior, superior, technical and what not team. The people on that team has no respect whatsoever for other peoples time. Scheduled call backs are missed by hours, or completely ignored. We agreed on a call back this morning at 8 am, they called 6 pm.
The only good a forum can do with behavior like that is to bring it out in the open, to put some pressure on the catastrophic customer service. Hopefully it leads to better customer service in the future. There is a HUGE room for improvement.
