How did I group and title images in an album to share?

I feel like an idiot. I have an album of photos grouped in sections with lovely title and subtitles, works so well. The problem is I have no idea how I created it, In Lightroom or elsewhere then imported it, if it's a feature that once existed and has been removed, if there is a way to do it but I can't find it...it's driving me insane.

It's a private album, so I can't share the link itself, but I'm including a screenshot to give an idea (there are about 5 more groups with titles that follow). Open to any ideas...so frustrating.

Found it 🙂 In the Share and Invite / Customize window, click Customize on the web. You can divide images into groups, add titles and subtitles. Works well when there are lots of images to share and review.
