How did I group and title images in an album to share?

I feel like an idiot. I have an album of photos grouped in sections with lovely title and subtitles, works so well. The problem is I have no idea how I created it, In Lightroom or elsewhere then imported it, if it's a feature that once existed and has been removed, if there is a way to do it but I can't find it...it's driving me insane.

It's a private album, so I can't share the link itself, but I'm including a screenshot to give an idea (there are about 5 more groups with titles that follow). Open to any ideas...so frustrating.

Found it  In the Share and Invite / Customize window, click Customize on the web. You can divide images into groups, add titles and subtitles. Works well when there are lots of images to share and review. Hope that helps someone else.
