I am being charged for 2 subscriptions to Adobe Lightroom. For the same iCloud account. I need help - no one answers on the chat, it's impossible to find a support email address and the 800 number does not work internationally. HOW DO I GET SUPPORT??

I'm not sure if you are trying Apple support or Adobe support. They are not the same thing. If you purchased both subscriptions from Apple, you may need them to help you.
