Hello,
please help! I had Lightroom on my Mac and I thought it was in the creative crowd subscription and I was attempting to transfer my files to my new laptop. It prompted me to log in again and when I did, none of my pictures are in Lightroom, it's like a brand new set up? When I go to help to sign out, it's not letting me? Did I lose all my edited work? How do I get out?

Did you also transfer the catalog from the old computer? You need that catalog in order to have all of the work. If Lightroom created a new catalog then it WILL be a brand new set up.
