I am trying to cull my photos in lightroom. In the older version, i used to select the ones i wanted by colour coding then viewing just those selected altogether. I do not know how to do it in 4.3. Any ideas thanks?

Press the 'X' key to mark a photo as Rejected. Then filter on Rejected and delete all these photos.
