How to export and resize image?

Just updated to new Lightroom (cloudbased) interface. In previous version I could Export and then choose the size in pixels I wanted to download. Now I can't see an Export option, there is a download icon top right but it only gives me the option of original and revised size when I download. I can't see any options to resize image in the editing tools. Can anyone tell me how I can resize the image to the correct size in pixels? Thanks!
