How to permanently delete LR photos

I deleted all of my photos on my phone and Lightroom after backing up to One Drive to clear out space on my iphone. Light room is still taking up 169Gb of storage a on my phone and I deleted every image in the app and on my phone Is there an empty trash feature to truly delete the photos or does it take 60 days? Any suggestions?

Hi,

have you looked if you have any images inside the Deleted folder?
You might need to expand the All Photos album to see it.
