How to reanalyze my pictures for face detection?

I am currently testing Lightroom CC, and I'm struggling with the face detection. I have uploaded so far 1000+ pictures, and I assigned names to faces a couple of days ago. Today, I have checked again, and for whatever reason two persons have been removed from the person collection. When I select a photo with this person, no face is recognized. What do I need to do to get these persons back? Can I issue a new analysis for the pics that are already in the cloud??

Many thanks,

Rebecca

Hi Rebecca25773548vuqc, sorry to hear that you have the issue with People view. Please try to turn the feature off and back on in the app Settings > People View. This should start the "refresh process" of detecting/recognizing faces.

Thank you,

Elmira
