I am using Lightroom cc 1.4 on dektop - win10. Since 2 days (after the update on version 1.4) everytime I open LR I'm getting these anoying blue ad-banner to download Lightroom on my mobile and I cant find a way to remove it

I have the same problem with the same version of Lightroom... It is very annoying and impossible to remove (and I don't want to install Lightroom on my mobile).
